Welcome to the TinyTalk classes of
Mica Hodgetts
Hello, I'm Mica and I run Baby Signing classes in the Breckland area of Norfolk. I have worked in childcare in various capacities for over 10 years, and am passionate about providing the best start for children during their early years. After having my little girl and taking her to TinyTalk and really enjoying our time at the class and seeing the benefits of using signs to help develop her communication, I decided to use my passion for working with
children and turn it into an exciting new career.
Come and join in the fun at our award-winning baby signing classes, where we learn core signs using British Sign Language signs, sing well-loved songs and nursery rhymes and have lots of sensory play to make learning lots and lots of fun. After that, we wind down with 30 minutes of social time. At TinyTalk we believe that this social time is just as important for babies and parents, so much so, we provide a lovely cup of tea and biscuits so you can chat and laugh amongst old and new friends, and help provide support to each other.
If you want a fun filled class which allows you to bond with your baby, develop their communication skills and allows parents to meet other like-minded parents you need to see what we are about.

Children:I have a little girl called Addison who is 9 months old.
Location:I live and teach in Breckland.
Favourite Sign:My favourite sign is dog, as we own three dogs.
Qualifications:I have a Level 3 Diploma in the Children and young peoples workforce.
Favourite Film:My favourite film is Practical Magic.
Pet Hate:When people park their cars on the curb!
Secret Passion:To move abroad someday.
I most admire:Women who are strong, confident, and know who they are and what they want.
I love baby signing because:It is great that my daughter is able to communicate her needs to me before she can talk, this stops her from getting frustrated.

Note:Bookings are made in termly or half termly blocks.
If you haven't attended a TinyTalk class before, you can book a block of 3 taster sessions for £21.00 per family, to get a good feeling about what classes are about, before signing up for the rest of the term.
And if you are a parent that has to go back to work half way through the term, you can book a work pass, of three sessions at a cost of £21.00.
Special Offers
- Babies under 16 weeks:If you have a baby under the age of 6 weeks old, you can attend TinyTalk Breckland baby signing classes for free. If your baby is between 7 to 16 weeks old, class is half price and costs just £3.50!
- Taster Booking:If you haven't experienced a TinyTalk class before, join us for a taster booking, this is a block booking of three sessions, so you can get a good feel of the class, before signing up for the rest of the sessions.
- Get a discount when booking a whole term (12 weeks):If you book in for a whole term (12 weeks), class price is £6.50 per week rather than £7.00.
- Refer a friend:If you refer a friend to the class and they sign up half a term or full term, get a half price session for the next term. If you refer two friends and they sign up for half a term or full term, get a free session for the next term. Make sure they email me and tell me they have been referred by you, make sure they give your full name.
